Inside Flat Belt Replacement
1 Remove the main body covers as per procedure, Cover Replacement (on
page 152).
2 Remove the screw that secures the belt keeper to the frame and
remove the belt keeper.
3 Remove the tension from the inner flat belt pulleys by lifting up on
the stairarms, pulling the flat belts off the flat belt pulleys, and
then gently setting the stairarm down.

4 Remove the two mounting bolts and washers that secure the front flat
belt clamp to the platform.
