Sequence ← Serial Message setup
Selects the condition for searching in a serial message.
You can search for the end of an identifier nibble or the combination of the identifier
and data nibble(s).

ID Type ← Serial Message setup
Selects the message ID format for the enhanced serial message type.
You can select either 4 bit or 8 bit message ID.

Identifier Condition ← Serial Message setup
Selects the operator to set a specific identifier or an identifier range.
The available operators:

Equal, Not equal
●
Less than, Greater than
●
Less or equal, Greater or equal

In range, Out of range

Identifier min ← Serial Message setup
Defines the bit pattern of the message identifier.
In binary format, use the following characters: 1; 0; or X (do not care). To enter the pat-
tern in other formats use the bit pattern editor, see Chapter 13.1.5, "Bit pattern editor",
on page 521.

Identifier max ← Serial Message setup
The second identifier pattern is required to specify a range with conditions "In range"
and "Out of range".

Selects the operator to set a specific data pattern or a data range.
The available operators:
