DIAg:RESUlt? (Query Only)
This query returns both the overall diagnostics t est results and the results of each
individual test area.

indicating the diagnostics results.
DIAg:RESUlt:FLAg? (Query Only)
This query returns the status of the diagnostic test area that has been selected.
