when the measurement's ref level m ethod is set to absolute.

Arguments
<NR3> is the value of the hysteresis of the reference level.

hysteresis to 20.0 mV.
MEASUrement:REFLevels:ABS olute:HYSTeresis? might return
:MEASUREMENT:REFLEVELS:AB SOLUTE:HYSTERESIS 30.0000 E-3
indicating the hysteresis is set to 30.0 mV.

This command sets or queries the value used as the high reference level of the
rising edge when the m easurement's ref level method is set to absolute.
