●Fasten the bolt, screw or nut according to the
following steps:
○Step 1: fasten the mounting bolt and nut of engine
according to the right figure;
○Step 2: lock the mounting bolt and nut of front
hanging plate of engine;
○Step 3: lock the mounting bolt and nut of upper
hanging plate of engine;
○Step 4: mark each clamp bolt, screw and nut which
have been locked to their specified torques.
Remark
○Fasten the engine mounting bolt, screw or nut in
order by three times
○Locking torque:
Rear mounting bolt of engine: 45N·m
Upper mounting bolt of engine: 22N·m
Front mounting bolt of engine: 45N·m
Mounting screw of front hanging plate of engine: 22
N·m
Mounting screw of upper hanging plate of engine:
22 N·m
●Arrange the lead, cable and hose properl
y (see
“Appendix”—
“Winding Method of Cable, Wire and
Hose”).
●Install it in reverse order of disassembly (see the
corresponding chapters).
●Adjust:
○Throttle cable (see “Regular
Maintenance”—“Checking Throttle Control System”),
○Drive chain (see “Regular Maintenance”—“Checking
Slackness of Drive Chain”)
●Fill the engine with oil (see “Regular
Maintenance”—“Replacing Oil”).
