35 - 2 BeneVision N22/N19 Patient Monitor Operator’s Manual
35.1 Printer
The monitor can output patient reports via a connected network printer. So far, the monitor supports the
following printer:
â–  HP LaserJet Pro M202dw
â–  HP LaserJet Enterprise M605
The specifications of the reports the monitor prints are:
â–  Paper: A4, Letter
â–  Resolution: 300 dpi, 600 dpi
For more details about the printer, see the document accompanying the printer. With the upgrading of products,
the monitor will support more printers and no prior notice will be given. If you have any doubt about the printer
you have purchased, contact Mindray.
35.2 Setting a Printer
Reports stored in the monitor can be printed on a network printer. To set a network printer, follow this
procedure:
1. Select the
Main Menu quick key → turn to the third page → from the System column select Mainte-
nance
→ input the required password → select Ok.
2. Select the
Print tab.
3. Select
Printer IP Address. Select the edit icon on the right of the printer IP address input box. Enter
an IP of a printer that is located in the same LAN with the monitor.
4. Select
Paper Size and toggle between A4 and Letter.
5. Select
Resolution and toggle between 300 dpi and 600 dpi.
35.3 Setting Patient Information on a Printout
Patient information is displayed on all the printouts. You can customize the patient information that appears on
a printout.
35.3.1 Setting Patient Information on ECG Report Printouts
To set the patient information you want to display on an ECG report printout, follow this procedure:
1. Select the
Main Menu quick key → turn to the third page → from the System column select Maintenance
→ input the required password → select Ok.
2. Select the
Print tab.
3.
select ECG Report.
4. On the right of the
ECG Report window, select the desired patient information items. Patient ID, Patient
Name, Age, and Gender are displayed on an ECG report by default.
NOTE
• The patient information that displays on an ECG report printout can be configured on the ECG
Report
window only. Patient information configured in the Report Layout window are not
applicable for ECG report printouts.
