35.3.2 Setting Patient Information on Other Report Printouts
To set the patient information you want to display on other report printouts, follow this procedure:
1. Select the
Main Menu quick key → turn to the third page → from the System column select Mainte-
nance → input the required password → select Ok.
2. Select the
Print tab.
3. Select
Report Layout.
4. Select each of the eight items under
Report Name. Then select the desired item from the list of options
that pop up. The item selected will replace the current item and will be printed on a report. For example, if
you select
Patient Name and then select Gender from the list of options, Patient Name will be changed to
Gender. Once a printing task is started, the gender information will be printed on a report.
35.4 Starting Report Printouts
You can start a printing task manually or the printer will start a printing task automatically.
35.4.1 Starting Report Printouts Manually
When the button appears in the upper left corner of current window, select it to start a printing task
manually.
35.4.2 Starting Report Printouts Automatically
When Print on Alarm is set to Printer and Print on Alarm for a measurement are set to on, if On/Off for an
alarm is set to on, an alarm printing will be triggered automatically as alarms occur.
The
Print on Alarm is set to Printer by default. If it has been changed to Recorder, follow this procedure to set
it to
Printer:
1. Select the
Main Menu quick key → turn to the third page → from the System column select Maintenance
→
input the required password → select Ok.
2. Select the
Alarm tab.
3. Select
Other.
4. Set
Print on Alarm to Printer.
35.5 Stopping Report Printouts
To stop a printing task, follow this procedure:
1. Select the
Main Menu quick key → turn to the second page →from the Report column select Print
Queue
.
2. Select one printing task and then select
Delete to stop this printing task; select all the printing tasks and
then select
Delete All to stop all the printing tasks.
35.6 Setting Reports
After finishing configuring a report, you can print it by selecting the button in the upper left corner of
current window. This section focuses on how to set ECG reports, graphic trends reports, tabular trends reports,
and real-time reports.
35.6.1 Setting ECG Reports
You can print out ECG reports only under full-screen, half-screen or 12-lead monitoring screen. To set ECG
reports, follow this procedure:
1. Select the
Main Menu quick key → turn to the second page →from the Report column select ECG Report.
2. Set
Amplitude, Speed and Format Sequence.
