A.13 MPAN Specifications
A.13.1 MPAN Technical Specifications
â–  When the distance between the interfering devices and the monitor is greater than
20 cm, and a co-channel interference Wi-Fi network (at least -85 dBm weaker than the
monitor’s network) and an adjacent-channel Wi-Fi network (at least -50 dBb weaker
than the monitor’s network) also synchronously exist. Note: The interfering devices
do not include Wi-Fi devices. They include but are not limited to:
â—† 2.4 G wireless devices (excluding Wi-Fi devices)
â—† Cellular mobile communication networks
â—† Microwave ovens
â—† Interphones
â—† Cordless phones
â—† ESU equipment
the wireless network functionality of all the monitors works properly and meets the
following requirements:
■ The total delay of data transmission from the monitors to the Central Station: ≤ 2
seconds.
â–  The delay for monitor-related settings configured at the Central station to be
effective: ≤ 2 seconds.
■ The total delay of data transmission from one monitor to other monitors: ≤ 2 seconds.
â–  The delay for alarm reset duration of other monitors and configured at one monitor
to be effective: ≤ 2 seconds.
â–  All the monitors do not encounter communication loss.
Wi-Fi network stability When the following conditions exist simultaneously,
■ Number of the monitors supported by a single AP: ≤ 12;
â–  Each monitor can communicate with the Central Station.
â–  Each monitor enables users to view information on its screen from another bed in the
same Care Group. Or the information displayed on each monitor can be viewed on
the screen of another monitor in the same Care Group.
â–  Up to two monitors among the connected monitors can transmit history data.
■ The weakest AP signal strength detected at the monitor’s position cannot be less
than -65 dBm.
the following requirements must be met:
â–  The time percentage when a monitor encounters communication loss shall not
exceed 0.1% over a 24-hour period.
â–  The time percentage when a monitor fails to transmit data to the Central Station shall
not exceed 0.1% over a 24-hour period.
Distinct vision distance The distinct vision distance between the monitor and the AP is greater than or equal to 50
meters.
Modulation mode GFSK
Operating frequency 2402 MHz to 2480 MHz
Channel spacing 2MHz
Wireless baud rate 1 Mbps
Output power ≤2.5mW
Data security Private protocol
