Testing and Saving Settings
Setting Up the Best Judgement Parameters Automatically
The judgment parameters of the selected inspection items can be automatically adjusted by using actual
workpieces which are considered as good and faulty products.
[Test] − [Continuous test]
1 Move to the inspection item for which you want to automatically adjust the judgement pa-
rameters and press [ ] – [Adjust judgement] on the right side of the display.
2 Press [ ] – [Auto adjustment].
3 Display a sample image of a good object and
press [OK Teach]. Display a sample image of a
bad object and press [NG Teach].
4 Repeat these steps for at least three samples each.
5 Press [Back].
The best judgement parameters will be set auto-
matically.
6 Press [OK].
