Selecting the Measurement Data To Log
Use the following procedure to select the measurement data to log.
[In/Out] − [Log setting] − [Measurement data] − [Select data]
1 Press the measurement pre-processing, in-
spection item, or calculation that has the pa-
rameter to be logged.
2 Press the parameter for which to log data to se-
lect it.
The procedure to select the measurement data to log is the same for recent results logging.
