CAUTION: • Do not use your hands to touch tubing that comes in contact with
reagents to prevent dust and other contaminants from adhering to
the tubing. Before attaching tubing, wash off adhering
contaminants with reagent.
• Be careful not to spill reagent. If reagent spills, immediately wipe
it out with a damp tissue.
(5) Press [Replace Reagent] keypad in the root menu. New reagent will be primed to
replenish reagent tubing and internal reservoir chamber. "Aspirate Reagent" is
being displayed on the top line of the LCD. The error message disappears.
When the priming is completed, "Ready" is displayed.
(6) Press [More] and [Mainte.] keypads in the root menu. Press the [Reagent] key
from the Maintenance second menu.
(7) Press the [New Lot] keypad in the reagent second menu. The New Lot screen will
appear.

(8) Move the cursor to the reagent that was replaced using the [↑] and [↓] keys. Use
the [←] and [→] keys to move the cursor to the lot number or expiration date
column.
