2.2 Setting (Entering Reference Values)
To perform HGB/HCT Auto calibration program, you must enter, as the reference
values, the measured HGB and HCT values obtained using reference methods. A
maximum of 10 sets of data can be registered.
(1) From the HGB/HCT Auto submenu, press [Setting]. "Reference" display will be
backlit in blue, and numeric keypads will appear.
(2) Select the "Reference" sample number by using the [] and [] keys to move the
cursor.
Select either "HGB" or "HCT" by using the [] and [] keys.

(3) Use the numerical keys to enter the HGB/HCT reference values obtained using the
reference methods. The input format should correspond with the unit settings.
Press [Enter] to move the cursor to the next item.
NOTE: Press the [C] key to delete the entered values.
