3.4 Sampler Stop Condition
Use this program to set the sampler (auto mode) analysis stop conditions.
The SF-3000 will stop sampler analysis when an error occurs if the conditions for the
error are enabled in the sampler stop conditions program.
To set sampler stop conditions:
(1) Press [Stop Cond.] key in the Data Criteria submenu.
The Stop Conditions setting screen containing the current setting conditions will
appear.
