1. PREINSTALLATION
In addition to verifying the proper power and environmental considerations outlined in
Chapter 1: Introduction, the contents of the boxes shipped to the customer site must be
verified prior to installation.
The SF-3000 system consists of the following units:
• Main Unit
• Pneumatic Unit
• Sampler Unit or Manual CP Unit (Optional)
• Bar Code Reader Unit (Optional)
• Graphic Printer or Line Printer (Optional)
• Data Printer (Optional)
Your Sysmex representative is responsible for unpacking, installing, and the initial set up
of the SF-3000 system. The information in this section is given only for your
completeness.
