(3) Insert a 3.5 inch floppy disk into the floppy disk drive on the right side of the Main
Unit, and press [OK]. The confirmation message will appear.

(4) The floppy disk is formatted in 1.44 MB format. It takes approx. one minute and
30 seconds to complete.
While formatting the floppy disk, the message "Formatting disk ..." will be
displayed.
(5) When the formatting is completed, the message window shown below will appear.
Format Complete.
Format another?

(6) Press [Yes] to format another disk, or press [No] to end the program.
(7) When the disk formatting fails, "Cannot format this disk. Format another?"
message appears. Press [Yes] to retry formatting, or press [No] to end the
program.
