The 4 DIFF analysis channel is used to classify red blood cell ghosts, lymphocytes,
monocytes, eosinophils, and the group of neutrophils and basophils. The WBC/BASO
analysis channel is used to classify red blood cell ghosts, basophils, the group of
lymphocytes and monocytes, and the group of neutrophils and eosinophils.
