CAUTION
MAKE SURE THE SPINNER DOES NOT FALL WHEN IT IS RELEASED FROM
THE DISK.
(3) Loosen and remove the bolts and washers that attach the spinner to the first-stage disk
(Figure 401).
NOTE: Do not loosen the balance weight screws in the spinner.

(4) Use the fan spinner removal tool, SPL-6380 to remove the spinner.

(5) Remove the seal ring from the forward flange of the first-stage disk (Figure 401).
