SUBTASK 72-33-01-428-010-G00
(1) Install the inner shroud on the stator disk.
(a) Make sure the side of the shroud with the part number is in the aft direction.
SUBTASK 72-33-01-428-011-G00
(2) Do the steps that follow to install the 1st-stage stator vane:
(a) Lubricate the threads of the bolts with the Everlube 811 lubricant, D50254.
(b) Apply a layer of primer, C00057 to the shank and the head of the bolts.
(c) Install the trunnion of the 1st-stage stator vane into the empty space of the bushing in the
inner shroud.
(d) Install the nuts and bolts to the outer end of the 1st-stage stator vane and the forward
outer flange of the 2nd-stage outer shroud.
1) The heads of the bolts must be in the aft direction.
2) Tighten the nuts finger tight.
(e) Do a check of the clearance between the forward serration of the 1st-stage seal on the
stator spool and the 1st-stage inner shroud.
