(g) Tighten to 160-210 pound-inches (18.0-23.7 newton meters).

(2) Do the steps that follow to install the fairings:
(a) Apply a thin layer of Esnalube 382 Lubricant, D50071 [C02-006] to the threads of the
fairing screws.
(b) Install the fairing on the fan case between the OGV's.
(c) Install the screws that hold the fairing.
(d) Use a soft mallet to lightly hit the two ends of the fairing to make sure it is engaged.
(e) Tighten the screws.
(f) Loosen the screws.
(g) Lightly hit the fairing again to make sure it is engaged.
(h) Tighten the screws again.
(i) If you will install more fairings, work in a clockwise direction (forward to aft).

(3) If necessary, install the acoustical liner section (PAGEBLOCK 72-33-05/401) that was removed
to get access to the OGV.
E. Put the Airplane to its Usual Condition

(1) Close the thrust reversers (PAGEBLOCK 78-31-00/201).
