HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR - INSPECTION/CHECK
1. General
A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1) The first task examines the external areas of the high pressure compressor (HPC). This
includes the actuator system for the variable stator vanes (VSVs).
(2) The second task examines the HPC for VSV off-schedule operation.
B. The inspection of the high pressure compressor only includes an inspection of the external areas.
For an inspection of the internal areas of the HPC, refer to 72-00-00/601.
