(6) If it is necessary, assemble the pushrod [7A], rod end bearing [7B], and the clevis [7] to the
actuation lever [10] with the clevis bolts and nuts.
(a) Tighten the nuts to 55-70 pound-inches (6.2-7.9 newton-meters).

(7) At the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, install the rod end bearing [7B] to the connecting link [8].
(a) Tighten the IGV, 1st and 2nd stage bolts to 55-70 pound-inches (6.2-7.9 newton-meters).
(b) Tighten the 3rd through 5th stage bolts to run-on torque plus 40-45 pound-inches (4.5-5.0
newton-meters).

(8) If you replaced the feedback rod end bearing [13], attach the bellcrank to the feedback rod end
bearing with the bolt, spacer, washer, and nut.
(a) Tighten the nut to 50-85 pound inches (5.6-9.6 newton-meters).
(b) Install the cotter pin.

(9) Do this task "Repair of the Slot Loaded Bearing with RTV Sealant".

(10) If no more work will be done at this time, do the task "Put the Airplane to its Usual Condition
