Controlling the M8045A De-Emphasis
To control the M8045A de-emphasis function:
1Go to the Menu Bar > Generator and then select Data Out.
2 Select De-Emphasis function block from the Parameters window. The
following De-Emphasis parameters will be shown:
NRZ PAM4
De-emphasis taps 5 taps, can be adjusted for each channel independently
Coefficient 0 0.0 to ± 0.4 0.0 to ± 0.4
Coefficient 1 0.0 to ± 0.4 0.0 to ± 0.4
Coefficient 2 (Main) 0.0 to 1.0 0.0 to 1.0
Coefficient 3 0.0 to ± 0.45 0.0 to ± 0.45
Coefficient 4 0.0 to ± 0.45 0.0 to ± 0.45
Cursor coefficient resolution 0.01 0.01
