Keysight License Service
The Keysight License Service is used in Full Licensing to accomplish
installation, listing, validation, removal, and transportation of instrument
licenses.
The Keysight License Service is a Windows service that runs
automatically and appears in the Windows Task Manager and Event
Viewer the same as other processes. ACCL code communicates with this
service to perform licensing functions, and the service monitors system
and user events and take appropriate actions.
The Keysight License Service supports certain specific firewalls. These
firewalls must be appropriately configured. For details, refer to
