4.5 ADDRESS BOOK
The address book (directory) for this machine combines under one user name the
fax address and mail address.
All the address data is stored on the HDD. Up to a maximum of 2,000 items can be
stored for addresses.
4.5.1 ADDRESS BOOK BACKUP
The address data can be backed up, and frequently backing up the address book
data is recommended. If for any reason data can no longer be read from the HDD,
you can use the backed up data to restore the address book.
