RTC4RTC6 New command.
In RTC4 Compatibility Mode for Ctrl = 1/2, the specified values for Value , MinValue and
MaxValue are internally multiplied by 4. For Ctrl = 4/5, the parameter values for Value ,
MinValue and MaxValue are multiplied by 8. The allowed value ranges decrease accordingly.

More laser control modes can be set.
