• If no correction table for 2D encoder compensation has yet been loaded onto the
board (see load_fly_2d_table), then the encoder values are used without correction.
• You can also use activate_fly_2d/activate_fly_2d_encoder to switch on set_fly_2d

RTC4RTC6 New command.
In RTC4 Compatibility Mode, the RTC6 multiplies the specified values for ScaleX and ScaleY
by 16. The allowed value range decreases accordingly.
