3. HOT AIR VALVES REPLACEMENT
The following procedure applies to both LH and RH defrost valves.

Remove upper and lower engine cowling

Unscrew cabin heat valve control cable and remove
Bowden (and sheat) from Bowden stop on valve
Refer to Figure 11

Remove hot conduit from valve
Refer to Figure 14

Unscrew the bolt that attach valve to firewall
Refer to Figure 15

Remove hot valve
6
Reverse these step to install a new one, then apply hot
cabin heat rigging procedure
