Fix valve support to the wall by screws
Hold firmly the valve by
hand during installation. Do
not over tighten screws to
avoid damages.

Restore proper connections to the valve.
Apply thread locker (i.e.
LOCTITE 243) to threads

Apply cover and fix it by screws to the wall

Apply engine cowling

CAUTION
ENSURE THAT ENGINE IS OFF AND COOL BEFORE OPERATING
MAINTENANCE ON THE OIL COOLER.
1.
Engage parking brake
2.
Set electric MASTER switch OFF
3.
Remove engine cowlings
4.
Remove the bolts that fix hoses to the oil cooler
Remove safety wire.
The same bolts also attach
the oil cooler to its support:
hold firmly the cooler by
hand while unscrewing bolts.
Refer to Figure 8. and Figure
.
5.
Remove all hoses connected to the oil cooler
