1. RUDDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Engage the parking brake

Remove the tail cone fairing

Remove stabilator

Disconnect the control cables form Rubber
bellcrank
Refer to Figure 12.
4.
Remove the rudder tip fairing, removing the
rivets from LH and RH side
Refer to Figure 13.
5.
Loose and remove the upper bolt
Refer to Figure 14.
6.
Remove the rudder upward
Reverse procedure for reinstallation, setting the torque value according to AMM ATA20 and
applying a small amount of grease on the hinge and connections.
