2. FLAP POSITION TRANSMITTER REPLACEMENT

Make sure Master Switch is turned OFF.
Remove fastener and disconnect transmitter connector.
Refer to Figures 18. and 19.
Disconnect transmitter lever unscrewing bolt.
Refer to Figures 18. and 19.
Record transmitter position on flap torque tube and
loosen serflex
Remove ground wire from transmitter plate then remove
transmitter and replace it (if needed)
Refer to Figures 18. and 19.
Position flap transmitter as recorded during removal.
Position ground wire between serflex and transmitter
plate, tighten serflex, screw to lock. Connect transmitter
lever.
Refer to Figures 18. and 19.
NOTE: REPLACE ALWAYS THE SELF LOCKING NUTS WITH NEW ONES
Connect transmitter connector and apply fastener then
close (15) inspection cap
Set Master Switch ON and check the flap position.
Perform an operational control: flap position, flap travel
limits
