FORWARD SPEED SENSOR
A speed sensor is fitted to the spreader, this sensor gives the correct number of
pulses for controlling the application rate, and this sensor should be selected.
WHEEL TRACTOR AND RADAR
If forward speed measurement is not required from the sensor mounted on the
spreader, WHEEL TRACTOR or RADAR can be selected.
Please refer to chapter 2 for speed sensor calibration
METRE SWITCH:
Select whether the metre counter is started/stopped manually “MANUAL” or by
the selected implement sensor “IMPLEM. SENSOR”.
WORK HOUR ON/OFF
Select whether the timer function is started/stopped manually via the function key
in the operation menu or by the selected implement sensor.
REVS. SENSOR
Encode the number of pulses per revolution for the
individual sensors.
PTO SENSOR: If the TeeJet PTO sensor kit is
used (932-983) encode 1.
RPM 1 SENSOR: The Bredal kit is supplied with a
sensor fitted for disc speed, the
number of pulses per revolution
should be set to 1.
