GPS OFFSET
Only displayed if the DataLink module being used has been delivered from TeeJet
Technologies after 1/7-2000. Please contact your local dealer for further
information.
The distance in metres between the DGPS antenna and the position at which the,
e.g. fertiliser is placed.
If the implement is behind the DGPS antenna then a +GPS OFFSET should be
encoded. If the implement is in front of the DGPS antenna then a -GPS OFFSET
should be encoded.
WARNINGS
The following warnings can be displayed.
This alarm is given when there is no communication
between the TeeJet 5000 and the DataLink module.
The warning can be given by switching the DataLink
module off or that the PCMCIA data card was NOT
inserted before the DataLink module was started.
Pressing the “OK” key changes the screen to the
main DGPS menu.
If there are still communication problems between the
TeeJet 5000 and the DataLink module the warning
will be given at regular intervals.
