The screen changes once
the drill shaft has rotated for
the number of seconds
encoded:
The weight of the released grain is encoded in grams under “WEIGHT”.
“CALC.” flashes
Pressing “CALC.” Will calculate a new load figure, which is displayed at the top of
the screen.
The calibration procedure is now finished; pressing the return key brings the
“ENCODE” menu back.
STEP%
The size of the steps, this percentile value is the same for both + and -.
KG LEFT
To see how much seed is left in the hopper, the amount filled into the seed drill
must be encoded here.
NOTE: If there is some seed left in the hopper before refilling, then this amount
must be added to the amount filled thus:
Amount left in hopper + filled amount = Kg. left.
HA LEFT
Encode the size of the field to be sown before work commences. This encodement
is also used to calculate end time.
SOW WIDTH
The total working width of the seed drill is encoded here in centimetres.
