FERTILISER DISTRIBUTOR OPERATION
FORWARD SPEED:
The primary function under fertiliser distributor is
forward speed.
Forward speed is displayed in KPH with 1 decimal.
Forward speed is calculated from the signal from the
speed sensor selected in encode (wheel tractor, wheel
spreader or radar).
APPLICATION RATE IN KG/HA:
The present application rate in Kg/ha. Calculated from
the number of pulses from the floor chain and area
measurement (speed and working width). It is therefore
necessary to drive and spread at the same time to get a
reading for this function.
NOTE! Correct calibration of forward speed and
weight per pulse plus correctly entered
working width are essential for accurate
operation.
FERTILISER DISTRIBUTOR FUNCTIONS:
+XX%: Step dosage. Increase.
-XX%: Step dosage. Reduction.
DOSE
RATE/
NORMAL: Encoding the required application rate
or return to normal after using the step
key.
+XX%: Percentile increase of the encoded application rate. The size of
the steps is altered in encode.
-XX%: Percentile reduction of the encoded application rate. The size of
the steps is altered in encode.
NORMAL: (Only displayed if the step function has been used)
Normal application rate. Regardless of how many steps the
application rate has been increased/decreased by, pressing this
key will return the application rate to normal.
DOSE RATE: Pressing this key allows the application rate to be altered directly
from the operation screen (see also DOSE RATE in encode).
Pressing the “NEXT PAGE” key displays the next functions.
