TEEJET 5000 OPERATORS MANUAL GENERAL FUNCTIONS
2.33
DIESEL FLOW FIGURE
The calibration figure can be found as follows:
Diesel-Flow figure = 0,001 Millilitre per pulse
Example 1:
The flowmeter specifications say that 1 pulse is generated for each millilitre fuel.
Diesel-flow figure = (1 ml / 0,001 ml)
Diesel-flow figure = 1000
Example 2:
The flowmeter specifications say that 1 pulse is generated for every 5-millilitre fuel.
Diesel-flow figure = (5 ml / 0,001 ml)
Diesel-flow figure = 5000
SPEED SIMULATION
It is possible to simulate a speed for, i.e. flow tests, etc. By pressing the “Speed
Simulate” key
To use this function, do as follows:
Set the “Speed Simulate” function to ON, select the operation screen for the
required implement and enter in a speed using the numeric keypad.
Speed simulation can be cancelled in 2 different ways:
1. Drive the machine forward. As soon as a pulse from the wheel sensor is given,
speed simulate will be cancelled.
2. Encode the simulated speed as 0, after 8 seconds, select “System”, and switch
“Speed Simulate” OFF.
GPS SYSTEM
Select whether the DGPS functions are available or not (only displayed if the
TeeJet 5000 is a DGPS version).
SYSTEM DATA
System settings not available to the user.
IMPLEMENT INFO
The total time and area that the TeeJet 5000 has been in operation (only
registered if area is being counted). “COUNTER OVER XX” shows the amount of
time and the total area that the implement has been used over the max. operating
speed set by the implement manufacture.
