TEEJET 5000 OPERATORS MANUAL FERTILISER DISTRIBUTOR, RAUCH AXERA H
4.123
PTO SENSOR
The number of pulses per revolution for the PTO shaft.
WARNING ENCODE
The following warnings can be set in this menu:
It is recommended to turn all warnings, which are not wanted “OFF”.
PTO: Warning ON/OFF and MAX/MIN-limits for revolutions.
KM/H: Warning ON/OFF and MAX/MIN-limits for speed.
SLIP: Warning ON/OFF and MAX/MIN-limits for wheel slip in %.
RPM 1 Warning ON/OFF and MAX/MIN-limits for PTO speed.
KG
LEFT: Warning ON/OFF and amount of kg (min.) at which warning is
wanted.
NB: The encoded limits must exceed the limits encoded. If a warning is
required when an axle stops (0 RPM) then set the minimum limit to 1
DATE - CLOCK:
Set the date and time in this menu:
HOURS - MINUTES - YEAR - MONTH - DAY.
OFFSET
Pressing the ”HOLD” key for approx. 5 seconds, before accepting the selected
fertiliser distributor type allows you to encode an OFFSET value.
This OFFSET value is used to alter the applied amount in comparison to the
calibrated amount.
Example:
After calibration it is shown, when spreading, that the spread amount varies in
comparison to the calibration. This problem occurs because the spinner discs
”suck” fertiliser out of the hopper.
The application rate is encoded to 200 kg/ha, but after spreading 10 ha, 2100 kg
has been spread, this difference of 100 kg is equal to 5%.
Setting the OFFSET value ”moves” the calibration so that the spread amount is
the same as the calibrated application rate. In the above example, the OFFSET
value should be changed to 0.95.
If the amount spread was 5% low in the above example then the OFFSET value
should be altered to 1.05.
