P. VALVE CALIBRATION
The proportional valves and the computer must be set up to work together; the
valves need to be calibrated. This calibration procedure must be carried out the
first time the spreader is used and a few times thereafter, i.e. at the start of each
season.
Before calibration
The hydraulic oil must be at its normal operating temperature before the calibration
procedure is carried out.
Ensure that the spreader belts can run without hindrance.
The auger should be “full” before calibration to avoid vibration.
IMPORTANT! The tractor hydraulic system must not supply more than
70 Litres per minute.
Calibration
1. Press “CALIB. BELT” with an empty spreader,
the hydraulic motor runs to full speed and falls
slowly thereafter.
The speed of the hydraulic motor is shown on the
display during calibration. A warning will be given
if the belt does not reach the required speed
within the required time.
2. Press “OK” when it appears on the display, the
calibration procedure is finished.
3. Press “CALIB. BELT” with an empty spreader,

calibration procedure is finished.
