5 Setting up Generator
DC Check for Balanced Termination
Step 1 If the Measured Voltage = OFFSET -> Pass, go to Step 2. However, this is
false if DUT is unbalanced with VT unequal to OFFSET.
Step 2 If the Measured Voltage = OFFSET + 100 mV -> Pass, go to Step 3.
However, this is false if DUT is unbalanced (no matter if VT is equal or
unequal to OFFSET).
