Quick Tour with M8070A User Interface 3
The output timing measurement is used to measure the timing and jitter
behavior for a device under test (DUT). It uses a bit error rate (BER)
measurement to evaluate the shape of the eye for the output signal of the
DUT. It also analyzes the jitter, separates the random jitter and
deterministic jitter components, and estimates the total jitter. For details,
refer to Output Timing Measurement on page 479.
