Return values:
<Data> Comma-separated list of values. The first value is the number of
bytes, followed by the values of the data bytes.
Example:
BUS1:CAN:FRAMe2:DATA?
--> 3,208,231,32
Returns the data of the second frame: the number of bytes is 3
data (first value).
