Test result
A test has failed if the number of sample hits or acquisition hits exceeds the limit of
"Violation tolerance" hits.

10.2 Mask test settings
10.2.1 Define mask
Access: [App Cockpit] > "Analysis" tab > "Mask" > "Define Mask"
The "Define Mask" tab provides all settings for the mask test itself: the waveform to be
tested,and saving/loading the mask definition.
The content of the "Test Definition" tab depends on the selected definition type. If
"Waveform" is selected, the main mask settings can be set directly on the "Test Defini-
tion" tab. For a description of these settings, see Chapter 10.2.2.2, "Mask definition:
waveform mask", on page 431.
