The sub-protocol (e.g. HTML, video, etc.) determines what meaning this field has.
Since the content of this data area is not decoded, the interpretation of the TYPE field
is ambivalent.

<Type> Returns the word type (specific for the sub-protocol), or the
length of the selected word.
Range: 0 to 65535

BUS<m>:ETHernet:WORD<n>:DATA?
Returns the number of word bytes in brackets [.] followed by the first six word bytes of
data in hexadecimal format.
Use BUS<m>:ETHernet:WORD<n>:BYTE<o>:VALue? to access the word bytes.
