11. Memory Errors
BBM Unstorageable
Phenomena Indicates the stored data exceeds 1000 samples.
Probable Cause Number of samples stored has exceeded 1000.
Corrective Action 1) Delete the stored data. Refer to
Chapter 4, Section 12: Delete Stored
Data
until the number of stored data becomes less than 1000.
2) Set the Auto Erase mode setting to "FIFO". Refer to
Chapter 11, Section
2.3: Auto Erase

Check Sum Error
Phenomena The analysis data or the setting values are not stored correctly.
Probable Cause 1) The lithium battery is weak or dead.
2) Defective PCB.
Corrective Action 1) Check the Stored Data using test program. Refer to
Section 3.8: Test
Memory
in this chapter.
2) If any item results in NG, contact Sysmex service representative.
3) Turn the Main Unit power OFF. Verify that the battery is connected
correctly (see
Appendix B: Installation
). Wait a few minutes, and then
turn the power ON.
4) Reanalyze the last sample, if necessary.
5) If the error persists, contact Sysmex service representative.
