Remove all inspection caps and in-
spect all electrical wires, connectors
and attaching parts for security, rout-
ing, chafing, deterioration, wear and
correct installation.
Check bus bars for general condition,
cleanliness, and security of all at-
tachments and terminals.

Inspect seat, check for condition,
check the seat guide and seat guide
attachments for unusual wear and
friction. Check the locking lever free
to move. Test locking system at both
seat positions.

Check safety belts for condition and
operation. Inspect safety belts at-
tachments.

Inspect the first aid kit, check for ex-
piration date of the single parts (if
necessary replace the items).

Inspect cargo net and the floor at-
tachment points for condition.

Inspect portable fire extinguisher, and
related support: weigh and follow
service instructions written on the
bottle (if necessary replace). Check
security of installation and effortless-
ness of removal.
Flight controls: check free and
smooth, inspect control stick, Teflon
loops, rods, bellcranks, cables and
turnbuckles removing floor inspec-
tion panels/cabin covers. Check for
interferences, corrosion, rub marks,
and wear out. Inspect cables for ten-
sion and condition. Check turnbuckle
locking for security of installation.
