Inspect flap actuation mechanism and
electrical connections. Check for
condition, full travel and correct op-
eration. Check related indicator for
operation.
Disconnect wings from fuselage,
raise them enough to allow for check-
ing condition of attachments and for
likely play
Inspect control surfaces electrical
bonding connection for general con-
dition.
Propeller: remove spinner and inspect
attaching bolts for proper lockwire.
Check the propeller for surface dam-
age (skin cracks, distortion, dents).
Check the bolts torque values.
Engine mounts isolators: check for
integrity.
Check integrity of engine firewall.
Check for cracks, distortion or wrin-
kles.
Visually inspect engine mount struc-
ture for bent, cracked or buckled
tubes and engine mount isolators at-
tachments. Check engine mount bolts
and engine electrical bonding.
Engine electrical harness and equip-
ment: check for condition and securi-
ty of installation.
Check carburetors fuel drainage lines.
Check air box drainage lines.
Visually inspect air induction system
for integrity. Clean filter if required.
