DISPlay[:WINDow[1]|2]:METer:LOWer <numeric_value>
This command sets the analog meter lower scale limit.
The units used are dependent on the current setting of UNIT:POWer and
CALCulate:RELative:STATe as shown in Table 5-3.
This command has the same purpose as DISPlay[:WINDow[1]|2]:ANALog:LOWer
<numeric_value>.
