OUTPut:RECorder[1]|2:LIMit:LOWer <numeric_value>
This command sets the minimum scaling value for the specified recorder output.
The units used are dependent on the units currently set for the CALC block
specified in OUTPut:RECorder[1]|2:FEED <data_handle>.
