STATus:OPERation
The operation status register set contains conditions which are a part of the
operation of the power meter as a whole.
The following bits in these registers are used by the power meter:

13 to 15 - Not used (bit 15 always 0)
The Self Test Started bit is set to 1 when Self Test is in progress and set to 0
when Self Test is completed.
