The machine rejected an incoming e-mail for
transfer request, because the ID code in the
incoming e-mail did not match the ID code
registered in the machine.

Transfer Station Function
The machine rejected an incoming e-mail for
transfer because the transfer function was
unavailable.

No IP address registered
The machine does not get an IP address
because the DNS server has not been
registered for the remote machine or IP address
of the remote machine has not been registered.
Register the DNS server for the remote
machine or configure an IP address of the
remote machine.

Original length exceeded the
maximum scan length
Divide the original into more than one page.
Check the resolution used for scanning. Lower
the scan resolution if possible.
Add optional page memory.

Wait for the files in the queue to be sent.
