To display the PVID auto-assignment state:
disable pvid auto_assign
Purpose Used to disable the auto-assignment of PVID.
Syntax disable pvid auto_assign
Description This command is used to disable the auto-assignment of PVID.
Parameters None.
Restrictions Only Administrator-level users can issue this command.
#disable pvid auto_assign
Command: disable pvid auto_assign
Success.

show pvid auto_assign
Purpose Used to display the PVID auto-assignment state.
Syntax show pvid auto_assign
Description This command is used to display the PVID auto-assignment state.
Parameters None.
Restrictions None.
#show pvid auto_assign
Command: show pvid auto_assign
PVID Auto-assignment: Enabled

config gvrp
Purpose Used to configure GVRP on the switch.
Syntax config gvrp [<portlist> | all] {state [enable | disable] | ingress_checking
[enable | disable] | acceptable_frame [tagged_only | admit_all] | pvid
<vlanid 1-4094>}
Description This command is used to configure the Group VLAN Registration Protocol on
the switch. Ingress checking, the sending and receiving of GVRP information,
and the Port VLAN ID (PVID) can be configured.
